Founding Board Member of TWIB, Jean Poteet, Testifies at the Capitol (HB-1552)

Jean Poteet testified (and she was AWESOME!) before the House Criminal Jurisprudence Committee in support of House Bill 1552—a crucial bill that would replace the outdated term “child pornography” in Texas law with “child sexual abuse materials” (CSAM). This change reflects the true nature of the crime and aligns with the Department of Justice and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
